The feeling of total wellbeing, vitality, motivation, encouragement on each of these hiking events is incredible and we as coaches encourage and motivate you all the way. When you wake up earlier than the rest of the world you feel a huge sense of achievement, that’s why all our hiking events start early weekend mornings. This gives us and you the rest of the day to enjoy what you have accomplished and to feel your best self, spend time with your family’s and make the day work for you.

Myself and Bob will guide you along the way, you are of course responsible for your own safety. We highly recommend suitable hiking footwear and clothing, Irish weather is changeable, best being prepared. Hydrate is a must
